Helping Needy Children of Nepal: Uplifting Futures in the Hills and Mountains

Thousands of children wake up each day in Nepal's rugged and remote regions, from the snow-kissed highlands of Dolpa, Humla, Jumla, and Manang to the green hills of Rukum, Rolpa, Magdi, Lamjung, and Kavre, without access to quality education, basic healthcare, sanitation, or nutritious food. Poverty in these underdeveloped areas has not only deprived children their rights, but also dimmed the light of their hopes.

Helping Needy Children of Nepal is a grassroots social welfare effort that aims to transform these communities by providing children with the necessities of life and growth such as health, education, nutrition, financial assistance, and skill development.

    Our Mission:

To foster a sustainable and inclusive environment in which every kid in remote Nepalese communities can learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of where they were born.

Our mission is to educate children in their own village with their relatives and socity so that they would not forget their language, society, culture and many more. They don't have to leave their village due to poverty or for the better education. Therefore we provide financial support to the needy children so that they can study in private school in their own village. We provie them lunch, school uniform, stationary and their school fees with the su,pport from our clients.

    What We Do:

Our comprehensive community support initiatives focus on several key areas. We provide education support by supplying school materials, scholarships, and uniforms, alongside offering essential teacher training for underfunded rural schools. To improve well-being, our health and sanitation programs include organizing health camps, distributing hygiene kits, and upgrading school facilities with better toilets and water supplies. We combat child malnutrition through nutrition programs that offer school meals and vital nutrition education. We also actively foster volunteer engagement, inviting both international and local volunteers to teach, build, and empower communities. Furthermore, we equip youth with essential tools for the future through skill development, providing vocational and life skills training to promote self-reliance and job readiness. Finally, our financial upliftment efforts offer micro-support to families, helping them keep their children in school and prevent child labor.

    Our Focus Areas:

Our organization is dedicated to several key focus areas to uplift communities. We believe in Education for All, striving to ensure that every child, regardless of their location, from the remotest parts of Humla to Rolpa, has access to a school and the necessary learning materials. We also champion Clean Hands, Healthy Futures by promoting hygiene and healthcare within schools through regular health checkups and comprehensive hygiene awareness programs. To combat hunger and support learning, our Food for Growth initiative provides school-based meal programs, ensuring no child has to learn on an empty stomach. Finally, we are committed to Empowering the Marginalized, with a special focus on providing support and opportunities for girls, orphans, and children with disabilities.

Buki Adventure for the Helping Needy Children of Nepal

    Ayendra's Story

Ayendra Bishwokarma (B.K) was born in rural area of Nepal in Takasera, Rukum and his mother died. His father was poor and couldn't provide enough for the Ayendra's education and food. So, when we came to know about Ayendra, we decided to request our big hearted guests for the boy's support. Then Maxime came in front and decided to take care. Maxime from France came to Nepal to make a documantary about spirituality. So, Suman Magar shared the story about Ayendra. Maxime was happy to provide guardianship to this child. Now, Ayendra's fees for school, uniform, day lunch and stationaries are all taken care by Maxime. Because of Maxime Ayendra is studying is private school in his village.  Thank You Maxime.

Ayendra is currently enrolled in UKG (Upper Kindergarten), where he is learning the fundamentals of education, including reading, writing, and the thrill of exploration. However, unlike many youngsters around the world, Ayendra's journey to the classroom has not been smooth. His smile in class exemplifies the combined power of kindness, vision, and international cooperation. This is just one of many stories from Nepal's rural regions, where children with enormous potential await a helping hand. Through our Helping Needy Children of Nepal program, we are working to ensure that no child is left behind simply because they were born in a village with few opportunities. To empower children for a sustainable future, we aim to provide health care, nutritional food, clean water, and life skills in addition to education.

We now offer a heartfelt invitation to the whole worldwide community, including people, schools, organizations, and benefactors, to participate in this life-changing effort. Whether you choose to volunteer, provide financial assistance, or make a one-time donation, your contribution can make a direct difference in the life of a child like Ayendra. Your help can provide them with the tools they need to break out from the cycle of poverty and enter a world of opportunity.

Let us build bridges of hope from all over the world to the highlands of Nepal. Let us make sure that every child, no matter how distant their hamlet, has the opportunity to learn, dream, and prosper.
